We provide free pick-up service
Our staff will pick you up at your home or a nearby location according to the date and time of your reservation.There are no charges other than treatment costs.First-timers are also welcome, and it is possible to bring a companion along.
Target audience
- Those who do not have a car (those who have returned their license, those who have difficulty driving by themselves)
- By taxi or bus
- Elderly

- Those who are in pain but have to put up with it until the day their family can pick them up
- Those who are absent from work to pick up and drop off family members
- Those who are worried about walking to the hospital, such as on days when the weather is bad
- Those who are able to move on their own but have an injury or illness, etc.

Regular visits to preventive dentistry are essential to prevent tooth loss in the future.
However, we can solve the problem that it is difficult to send your family to school due to work or time, by offering a free shuttle service.
How to request free transportation
Please make a reservation for pick-up and drop-off along with a reservation for periodontal treatment and dental caries treatment by phone or at the reception.

Flow of the day
We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm.
*Please note that if you do not show up, we will not be able to pick you up.
We will pick you up at your home at the designated pick-up time in advance.
You will be treated at the clinic.
After the treatment is over, we will send you to your home (facility) as soon as you make a reservation for the next time.
Precautions when using
- Use of the free shuttle service is limited to hospital visits for treatment purposes only.Therefore, please note that it is not possible to stop by for shopping or other routes while moving.
- This service does not apply to those who use the bus on a regular basis, or those who use the transfer service provided by their family members.
- Same-day reservations are also accepted, but the shuttle schedule may not match.If you are in a hurry, please come to the hospital by your own means of transportation.
- This pick-up service does not provide assistance or assistance by riding with a caregiver.In addition, those using wheelchairs are not eligible.We will do our best to ensure your safety while getting on, off, and walking, but we cannot guarantee any fall or injury that may occur.
- For those who have received nursing care certification and have difficulty going to the hospital on their own due to physical reasons, we will provide home-visit dental treatment.
- Please note that depending on the pick-up order, you may have to wait.
